Shipping Policy

We ship our dehydrated, Pablo-approved products Australia-wide. Because everything we make is shelf-stable, it travels well — no ice packs, no rush, just real food ready when your dog is.

Where We Ship

We ship anywhere in Australia, including metro, regional, and rural postcodes. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Options & Costs

Standard Shipping

  • Metro areas: 2–5 business days
  • Regional areas: 4–8 business days
  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and postcode

Express Shipping

  • Metro areas: 1–3 business days
  • Regional areas: 2–5 business days
  • Cost: Calculated at checkout

Free Shipping

Orders $100 AUD and over receive free standard shipping, Australia-wide.
All subscription orders ship free on every delivery, no minimum required.

Processing & Dispatch

We pack and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a tracking link as soon as it leaves us.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. If you haven't received tracking within 2 business days of ordering, check your spam folder first, then reach out to us.

Packaging

Our dehydrated products are sealed in resealable, moisture-resistant pouches to keep them fresh from our kitchen to your dog's bowl. Once opened, store in a cool, dry place or reseal the pouch to maintain freshness.

Delivery

We ship via Australia Post. If no one is home at the time of delivery, Australia Post will leave your parcel in a safe place at the delivery address wherever possible.

If a safe place isn't available, your parcel will be taken to your nearest Australia Post outlet for collection, and a card will be left letting you know where to pick it up.

Delayed or Damaged Parcels

Couriers can occasionally delay deliveries. If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, or arrives damaged:

  • Take a photo of any damage before handling
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • We'll work with you on a replacement or refund

Incorrect Addresses & Returned Parcels

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or uncollected pickup, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery — additional shipping fees may apply.
