Everything you need to know about Free-Range Chicken Necks

Ingredients

100% Dehydrated Free-Range Chicken Neck. Nothing else. No additives, preservatives, or fillers.

Nutritional Benefits

  • Natural Dental Chew: the chewing action naturally helps clean teeth and strengthen jaws.
  • Cartilage & Natural Glucosamine: neck cartilage naturally contains glucosamine and chondroitin.
  • Lean Protein: supports muscle maintenance and everyday energy.

Ideal For

Adult dogs who enjoy a longer, satisfying chew. Recommended for supervised chewing only — not suitable for puppies under 12 weeks or dogs that swallow treats without chewing.

Feeding Guide

Approx. 15 pieces per 150g bag (average piece weight ~10g). Offer one piece per sitting, 1–3 times a week depending on your dog's size and chewing style. A treat, not a meal replacement — feed alongside a complete diet. Always supervise while your dog is chewing, and remove any small leftover piece once it's small enough to swallow whole.

Storage & Freshness

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, reseal tightly after each use. For best freshness, consume within 30 days of opening. In warmer climates, refrigeration after opening is recommended.

From Pablo's Bowl to Yours

Our very first recipe started with another humble, collagen-rich cut — chicken feet — because joints and teeth mattered from day one. Chicken neck carries that same idea forward: one honest ingredient, dried low and slow the same way, chosen because it does a real job, not because it's trendy.

FAQ

Does it contain bone? Yes — chicken neck naturally contains small, soft cartilage and bone. Dehydration makes bone more brittle than it is raw, so this is intended for supervised chewing only. It isn't recommended for dogs that swallow treats whole or for aggressive chewers prone to gulping large pieces. Always supervise and remove small leftover pieces.

Where is it made? Small batches, dehydrated slow, right here in Sydney.

10%

A treat, not a meal. So make it count.

Our treats complement whatever your dog already eats. Vets generally suggest treats stay under about 10% of a dog's daily food, so we fill that share with real ingredients chosen for good nutrition, not empty filler.

Made for Pablo first

Every recipe starts in our Sydney kitchen

Canivoro began with one very fussy Jack Russell and a pot of chicken feet, pumpkin and carrot. Massy still makes every batch by hand, and Pablo still tastes every one before it reaches you.

"If my grandmother can't name it, it doesn't go in."

Questions

Good to know

Can treats replace a meal?

No. Canivoro treats are complementary, made to sit alongside your dog's complete diet. We choose every ingredient for its nutritional value, so the treats your dog does have are worth having.

Why does each batch look a little different?

Because they're made from fresh food in small batches. Colour, size and shape vary slightly from batch to batch. That's what real food does.

What does "human-grade" mean here?

Our meat comes from the same supply chain as the meat you'd buy for your own dinner, and it's handled in a food kitchen.

How does delivery work?

Every order is packed and sent from Sydney. Delivery is free on orders over $100 and on subscriptions (major metro areas).

Can I subscribe?

Yes. Choose "Subscribe & Save" above the Add to Cart button and we'll send a fresh bag on your schedule. You can manage your subscription any time from "Manage My Subscription" in the menu.
